Limited Lifetime Bed Liner Warranty

Products Warranted: PermaLiner™, MaxGrip™

We are proud to warrant that our bed liner won’t crack, bubble, peal or flake as long as you own your vehicle. In the unlikely event that our lining ever cracks, bubbles, peals or flakes, we will repair the specific area of the lining that failed. We require that our PPC lining is applied to an original factory finish and is for non-commercial use. This warranty applies only to the original PPC lining purchaser, is not transferable, and does not cover damage from gouging or cutting.

If the product fails to perform as stated, Premium Protective Coatings will repair the specific area where the product has failed.

This warranty excludes labor costs, direct, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not cover fading. A topcoat on your liner will protect its “like new” look for years. Without a topcoat, your liner will fade more quickly, especially if exposed to sunlight.

Premium Protective Coatings expressly disclaims all liability for:

1. Damage resulting from any new installation on or through surfaces to which product has been applied
2. Damages resulting from temperatures in excess of 450° F
3. Damage resulting from natural disasters
4. Frame/bed failures to include chipping or cracking

This warranty excludes labor costs, direct, incidental or consequential damages and is non-transferable. Premium Protective Coatings expressly disclaims all liability for:

1. all substrate failure
2. damage resulting from natural disasters
3. structural failures to include blistering or cracking
4. damage resulting from new construction or any new installation on or through surfaces to which product has been applied
5. damage resulting from temperatures in excess of 450 degrees F
